The Fraud

On 24.06.2008,
I bought on ebay.de a Toshiba M200 notebook from seller leaderelectronics112.
I knew that I was buying an used computer, still I believed the quality of it should be good as that was a selling product. Nevertheless I wrote an email to the seller, asking him about the condition of the notebook and the answer was more than promising:
"The items have a verry good quality"

That was what I've receive.

It seems to me that the notebook was exploited in a very brutal way
The missing paint suggests, that the laptop was exposed to very strong hits.
... more marks from multiple hits ...
... and more ...
Very dirty and greasy screen with white spots behind the protective glass, suggesting very rough use of the pen.
Broken plastic near the screen, which also looks very used up.
Scratches on the surface of the body.
Not cleanable withe substance on the key.
Deep scratch near the keyboard.
Missing rubber leg on the bottom, unreadable windows licence sticker, loose battery.
The notebook was shipped without the original DVD Drive.
The power supply of the DVD drive was missing.
The first part of the power cord is different from the original. The second part seems to be damaged and on that spot is taped.

After seeing the quality of the notebook, I wrote a replay to the seller asking him for a refund.
The answer I received was that:
"The laptop is a used and no a new laptop
What you recist is a new one and a new one costs mor then 2500€" (witch is also not true, see link)

I've sended the notebook back, but never got a refund for my back shipment costs !!!

My advice is don't buy from this seller. He lied to me about the condition of the notebook and he continues cheating buyers with misleading pictures of the products he's selling.
